Do the posters include a frame?

Only when you choose a variant that explicitly says “Black frame”. “Unframed” variants include the print only.

Do lifestyle images show the exact size?

Mockups help you visualise the product, but scale can vary depending on the screen and room. Always check the selected measurements and our size guide.

Can I order a personalised design?

Yes. You can choose an individual portrait or a team poster. We will ask for your own or an authorised photograph and any optional details you wish to include.

Will I see the design before printing?

Yes. Personalised products include a preview and one round of revisions before printing is approved.

Can I use a photo of a famous player?

We do not accept professional photographs, images downloaded from the internet, celebrity images or protected material without a valid licence or authorisation.

How long will my order take?

The total time includes creative preparation where applicable, production and delivery. An estimate for each destination will be shown during checkout once the print provider is connected.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and provide a solution in line with your statutory rights.
